Truechip at DAC 2017

Truechip participation at DAC 2017 was amazing. we witnessed a rise in interest level of the Engineers towards Truechip’s VIPs and were overwhelmed with the great response. We were also the proud joint sponsor of ninth annual “I Love DAC” campaign and saw an adrenaline rush in the participants in collecting the points. Below is a snapshot of the days at DAC 2017

On 18 June 2017, at the opening session of DAC, Laurie Balch of Gary Smith EDA presented about major industry trends. She analyzed in here presentation the EDA and IP market growth rate. From 9.2 % in 2017 it goes to 10.1% in 2018 and drops to 3.4% in 2019 and again rises to 8.4% 2020, So basically the growth will be little on a lower side as compared to the previous year in future.

The Monday Keynote was given by Mr. Joe Costello of Enlighted, Inc.He spoke about IoT which will paced up in future.

The Tuesday keynote was by Mr. Chuck Grindstaff, Executive Chairman,Siemens PLM Software Inc. and his presentation  was on Digital Transformation

The Wednesday keynote was titled as “Accelerating the IoT”, presented by Mr. Tyson Tuttle, Chief Executive Officer,Silicon Labs. According to him, by 2025 the connected devices will reach to 70 billion with total value summing up to $11 Trillion.

Designer track sessions, IP Track sessions, Sky Talks, International Hardware Design Contest Award Ceremony were also the part of the conference.
