Sales and Marketing
Role :
a. Brand promotion including management of vendors (related to marketing/ sales)
b. Data mining
c. Target Market:
- Create/ Update profile of the customer
- Segmentation/ Mapping of potential customers
- Sending email blasts/ blogs to attract customers
- Cold calling to the customers.
d. Account management:
- Co-ordinating with some Clients for product release/ customer queries.
- Co-ordinating with R&D Team for the release/ customer queries.
- Maintaining issue list for the customer
e. Identify market trends, and suggest roadmap of products
An additional role in case needed.
f. Technical documentation
- Review existing documents from the layman perspective and suggest improvements
- Formatting/ Updates to Technical documentation
g. Others/ Coordination/ Support:
- The job may require travel in different cities in India and later abroad as well.
- Interaction with the vendor to get website updates done
- Involvement in other sales activities depending on the need.
Must have :
- Enthusiasm and passion to work in a startup and create strategies/ data from scratch.
- A dynamic person who can understand the technical jargon.
- A person should be aware of market trends in Semiconductor/ SIP/ VIP domains.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible nature and flexible towards work hours and requirements.
Added Adv :
- Experience in Semiconductor IC Design flow would be preferred.
- Prior sales marketing experience would be added advantage.
- B2B sales (preferably related to technology) would be an added advantage.
